Kyomachi, located in Ponto-cho in its original appearance.

In a quiet and tranquil Japanese-style room, the only sound to be heard is the rippling of the Kamo River.

Enjoy a special and nostalgic experience of Kyoto’s traditions with all five of your senses.

-Yuka-

“Yuka” is said to have originated in the Edo period when wealthy merchants held parties along the Kamo River.

Enjoy an elegant meal on Yuka, where, unlike an indoor Japanese-style room, you can feel the breeze and rippling of the Kamo River.

(Yuka is installed from May to September.)
